XenCorps has a team of Network Engineers who can be outsourced (onsite/offsite) on a contract for a long and short-term basis. Having skills in systems administration of servers hosted on LAN and WAN (e.g. email systems, accounts, workstation ID, IP assignments, security, antivirus, spyware, etc.) for ensuring availability of services to end-users.

Our network team can provide a number of services:-

  1. Design network infrastructure (physical and virtual) for the purpose of ensuring effective and efficient networking systems.
  2. Maintain network operations and software applications (e.g servers (file, print, application, WEB, database, proxy, etc), operating systems, server backup, routine maintenance programs, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring efficient operations. Manages servers and network resources including network applications for the purpose of – delivering services in compliance with established guidelines and/or objectives.
  3. Participate in a variety of planning and development activities, including committees for the purpose of creating short and long-range plans for hardware acquisition and support.
  4. Prepare written materials (e.g. procedures, system-level documentation, reports,

  9. Responds to inquiries from a variety of sources (e.g. staff, administrators, personnel, outside vendors and service providers, etc.) for the purpose of providing technical assistance and support.
  10. Capacity building (Training) client’s resources (primarily within the technology area) for the purpose of ensuring their ability to use new and/or existing operating systems and application software
